Pricing FAQs

The difference between plans is based on the intensity of your usage, all the functions are available on all plans but may be limited in capacity depending on which plan you have selected..

  • Starter: For small businesses or teams with a single product focus.
  • Pro: Ideal for medium to large teams with multiple products and more content needs.
  • Enterprise: Custom plan for large teams and agencies with personalized features.

Polar Credits are the currency used within Polareis to access AI generation tools like image creation, article generation, and repurposing tools using AI. Each feature or task requires a specific amount of Polar Credits, allowing you to manage and optimize your content resources efficiently.

If you run out of Polar Credits, there is an option for you to top up anytime. Each top up starts at 500 Polar Credits.

  • Enterprise: White-glove onboarding and priority support.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Enterprise offers custom pricing and features tailored to your needs!

Yes, you can choose to downgrade anytime, but for the month which you’ve already paid, your higher-tier subscription will remain active and lapse on your next billing date. From there, your account will automatically switch to the downgraded plan and will only charge you the amount of that plan which you’ve selected.

We work our hardest to give you the best, but we’re sorry if we’ve fallen short. If you choose to cancel, your account will remain active for the month which you’ve already paid for and lapse on your next billing date. While you can still log in, all functionalities on your account will then be locked once your subscription has lapsed.

We currently only accept credit cards as payment methods for standard subscription plans. For enterprise plans, bank transfers are accepted.
